Weblog Aproved!
Yesterday I went to EGP to take care of some small things like a dreadful attempt of logging my laptop to the internet in the e-U wireless net…
Nonetheless it was a good day. I already have my locker (with my birthday number on it) and as I was able to talk to Dr. Daniel Bessa about this weblog. He saw no problem on having me wasting my time writing, so I will continue till my motivations fades.
These two last Economics 101 exercises brought some problems to me and my colleagues and it is already possible to see some different learning and working levels among us. Some are having real problems dealing with exercises, for some others is just a piece of cake. I am in between… I understand the basic concepts but I am often caught in exercises booby-traps, meaning my knowledge is not as solid as it should be…

My dear friend:
What an excellent surprise finding you here. I want to give you all my strong support to the projects that you have in life (right now): EGP MBA, your Marriage and this blog. Please, don’t forget to post your (new) experiences at EGP so that we can understand a little bit more what’s happening back there. And remember that only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly…. I wish you all the luck,
Cheers,
Pedro

Hi there
This blog is great!
Economics is not an easy one at all… i must admit I’m a bit lost. But at the same time I find it so interesting. As an anthropologist I care about what makes people tick… and that’s money, mate, whether I like it or not.
It’s all new to me and there’s not enough time to get to grips with the nuts and bolts of it all, let alone philosophising… but I feel the need to discuss the big picture. I mean, it’s great to know how the big machine works, but I’m eager to ask questions like:
why does it work like that?
is that the only way it can possible work?
etc etc
Anyway, keep on writing, this is absolutely brilliant!
I’m chuffed to be your classmate
